The first of the Morrison letters to be published is dated November 17th, 1886 and was written by Gernhard (Bert) Morrison when he was 15 years old. He was writing to his cousin Oscar. Bert also included a bookmark he made and another drawing in this letter. Both of these artistic pieces can also be viewed by clicking on their respective thumbnail images below. This is a letter written by Martin Morrison to his son Zebulon on Septenber 16th, 1915. Martin and Bertha were living in Fruithurst, Alabama and Zebulon was living in Ames.
